The Negus is a specialty of the city of Nevers. A soft caramel with chocolate or coffee, trapped in a hard caramel… They are presented in their traditional round iron box.

Composition

Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa butter, dairy butter, cocoa mass, vanilla pod, vanilla, milk 26% fat, milk protein, glucose, vegetable oil and fat, coffee essence (caramel), emulsifier: soy lecithin. Cocoa 36% minimum

Conservation

The Negus are a specialty particularly sensitive to humidity. They are offered in a carefully closed metal box, and accompanied by several bags dehumudifiers to avoid as much as they stick to each other. To preserve the quality of our chocolates, keep them at a temperature close to 18°C, in their original packaging, away from humidity, air and light.
