If your cart is blocked, it means you must have added a product that cannot be shipped. Indeed, our ice creams and delicate chocolate figurines cannot withstand a long journey and are only available for in-store pickup or courier delivery. In this case, we invite you to check your cart.
In-Store Pickup
Free & by appointment
Pickup from Monday to Sunday during the opening hours of the selected store.
To place an order, you must choose the day and time slot that suits you.
On each product page, we indicate when the product is available only for in-store pickup. Our chocolate candies are handcrafted and contain no preservatives. For this reason, and to guarantee you optimal freshness during tasting, we deliberately apply short consumption dates to them. Thus, you will have 10 working days to collect your order in-store. Otherwise, it will be considered lost and will not be refunded.

Courier Service in Paris and Nearby Suburbs
FROM €24 IN 3-HOUR TIME SLOTS
Paris (€24) and nearby suburbs (€44) same day within 4 hours or scheduled on the day of your choice in a 3-hour time slot from Monday to Friday for any order placed before 4 p.m.*
All orders placed after 4 p.m. are processed the next morning.
You have the option to provide us with specific instructions in the "Delivery Information" field when placing your order.
We deliver on Saturdays exclusively for orders placed between Monday and Friday (until 4 p.m.).

We adjust the transport temperature according to the season! With Chronofrais delivery, your products are transported in strict compliance with the cold chain, between 0°C and 4°C.
