A controlled production
Since 1761, our company has been manufacturing almost all the specialties it offers in stores: chocolates, calissons, nougat, almond paste, fruit paste, caramels, cakes, macaroons, ice creams, etc.
We are involved upstream of each of these products, from the purchase of raw materials (especially cocoa beans and dried fruit) to their complete transformation in our workshops in France.
This know-how ensures us a perfect control of the quality of our products.
