The oldest chocolate factory in Paris, À la Mère de Famille takes care of every step of the making of our chocolate candies itself. We choose our cocoa beans from carefully selected cooperatives that share our values. We then develop our own chocolate couvertures in our factory in Tours, the result of blending different cocoas of noble origin and unique typicity, in order to make creations that are as mischievous as they are delicious.
Every chocolate lollipop that comes out of our factory is a delicious example of our historic know-how. We love them not just a little, not even a lot, but… madly!

Teddy bears, cats, dogs and other chewable animals are available in a variety of irresistible flavors. Smooth milk chocolate, bold dark chocolate flavors, or creamy sweetness of our ivory chocolate, it's up to you to choose (or not) from our recipes. Our iconic chocolate lollipop is available individually in store, or in an assortment of five lollipops for delivery or in-store pick-up.
Our dark chocolate lollipop

They are made from our signature 36% milk chocolate couverture, a delicate blend of cocoas selected from Madagascar, Haiti and Venezuela. We promise you, you will love their sweet flavors enhanced with notes of milk and caramel.
Our Ivory White Chocolate Lollipop
Just looking at them makes you want to succumb to the charm of our crunchy white chocolate lollipops. At À la Mère de Famille, we make them from our ivory chocolate, very delicious with its milky notes and delicate natural vanilla flavor. A zest of cocoa butter and milk adds even more to their softness. We guarantee it, it is impossible to resist them!

It is in our factory in Tours that the miracle is accomplished. How to store a chocolate lollipop?
You have chosen an assortment of chocolate lollipops (what a great idea) and are trying to resist the urge to eat them right away? Our chocolate lollipops should be kept cool (around 18°C), away from water and light. Avoid placing them in the refrigerator to avoid altering their aromas. Among our carefully selected ingredients, our chocolate lollipops contain very small amounts of an emulsifier, soy lecithin. This natural fat binds the cocoa butter and other ingredients and helps them to keep well.
