We master every step of the manufacturing process of our chocolates, from the selection of the beans, the packaging, the arrival in our stores or the shipping to you, to ensure that the quality is there from start to finish. Roasting the beans, hulling, grinding, conching, tempering… our chocolatiers apply a clever blend of artisanal methods and modern tools. Thus, our praline, one of the House's specialties, is cold-ground in a granite mill, a practice that has almost disappeared today, yet which allows us to obtain incomparable flavors.

Quality ingredients for a unique taste experience

But all this expertise wouldn't be enough to create delicious chocolates without rigorous selection of each ingredient. It starts with the cocoa beans! We travel the world in search of plantations that share our values ​​and high standards, with the desire to combine all the richness of different vintages in our chocolates: the acidity of Madagascar, the floral fragrance of Ecuador, the robustness of Haiti, and the spicy aromas of Peru.

Our head chocolatier tailors all these flavors to create our unique and personalized homemade chocolate couverture, the foundation of each of our recipes. Our praline is made from equally carefully selected dried fruits: French hazelnuts, almonds, and Sicilian pistachios.

Declare your love with a chocolate heart this big

For Valentine's Day, for a wedding anniversary, to celebrate your parents, your grandparents, or to say "I love you" any other day, give a chocolate heart as a gift to the one who makes yours beat faster. What better way to do this than with one of our "this-big" hearts, (almost) as big as the love you have for them? Our delightful heart-shaped mold in dark or milk chocolate is decorated with a four-leaf clover design. It hides an assortment of almond and hazelnut praline chocolates, one of the Maison's iconic recipes, as well as almonds and hazelnuts coated in milk or dark chocolate that can be crunched like sugared almonds. Its large size allows two people to pick and choose without counting!

When it comes to love, we think big, just like you. So, we offer two heart sizes for your gifts: a cute chocolate heart (160 g) ), and a (very) big chocolate heart (420 g) for even more sweet treats to share.

Lovers of sweet treats won't be able to resist the formidable charm of our new vanilla marshmallow coated in milk or dark chocolate... in the shape of a heart, of course. A delicious marriage between the crunchiness of the coating and the softness of the marshmallow. These hearts can be purchased individually in our stores or in bags on our website. If you prefer crunch, then our mendiant hearts will delight you! These mendiants of love, filled with a hazelnut, an almond, a pistachio, and a raisin, are good enough to make you lose your mind.
