Thought like an elegant jewel in its velvet case, this chocolate takes the characteristics of the cameo engraving using two chocolate colors. It is declined in two new recipes: ganache pure origin Haiti 75% and praline French hazelnuts – fleur de sel of Guérande.

Cream, invert sugar, Sorbitol powder, cover Haiti 75%: cocoa mass origin Haiti, cocoa butter, sugar, emulsifier: soy lecithin.
