Black Chocolate -Caramel biscuit Bite-sized


This chocolate bar is the result of a collaboration between the House’s chocolate makers and pastry chefs. Combining their expertise, they have developed this extremely tasty recipe: a Breton shortbread covered with a generous caramel coating with a hint of fleur de sel, all coated with our signature 65% dark chocolate.

Ingredients : Caramel fleur de sel (UHT CREAM, glucose, sugar, BUTTER, Guérande salt, vanilla bean, Breton shortbread vanilla bean, Breton shortbread (WHEAT flour, BUTTER, sugar, egg yolk, baking powder, salt), dark chocolate (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla powder, emulsifier: SOJA lecithin)
Dark chocolate 65% cocoa minimum
Made in a workshop using other nuts (almond, hazelnut, walnut, cashew, pecan) andsesame.
