Since 1761, À la Mère de Famille, Paris's oldest chocolate shop, has perpetuated its love for beauty and quality, to the great delight of gourmands. Our team carefully selects and blends cocoa beans that give our chocolate couverture its unique taste. In our factory in Tours, our chocolatiers then work with passion, perpetuating traditional techniques to craft creations with unforgettable flavors.

The creations of Maison Stohrer, the oldest Parisian patisserie, also find their place in our À la Mère de Famille Victor Hugo shop. You'll find its essential rum baba, created by Nicolas Stohrer in 1731, a Saint-Honoré with delicately perfumed notes, and a refined Mont-Blanc. These classics are masterfully revisited, driven by exceptional expertise, for a gourmet experience true to their reputation.
