Exceptional know-how that spans the centuries
Since 1761, the Maison, the oldest chocolatier in Paris, has been creating its chocolates with as much heart as it is meticulous. In our factory in Tours, our chocolatiers work only with ingredients chosen for their nobility, and craft all our recipes with a love of beauty and quality. We select our own cocoa beans from partners chosen for their high standards and values, and master every step of the manufacturing process to guarantee you exceptional chocolate.
In our chocolate shop (Paris 14), you will find our:

Stohrer pastries, between tradition and temptation
In our boutique in the 14th arrondissement, succumb to the creations of Maison Stohrer, the oldest Parisian pastry shop since 1730. It's impossible to resist the essential rum baba, created by Nicolas Stohrer in the 18th century, as well as other revisited classics: grandma's tart, Black Forest cake, vanilla flan, or éclair. Available alone or to share, each cake reflects the soul of a Maison that perpetuates pastry expertise with indulgence.
