We choose our cocoa beans with care and rigor, like all our ingredients, and the House masters every stage of production to guarantee you exceptional chocolate.

Have you ever tried the famous rum baba, created by Nicolas Stohrer in the 18th century, the Black Forest gateau, the tarte tatin, or even the vanilla Saint-Honoré? Let us know what you think. All pastries are available in individual portions or in a sharing format.
