Since 1761, the Maison has been crafting its sweet treats, combining renewed ancestral know-how and gourmet creativity. In our factory in Tours, our chocolatiers create our recipes from raw materials carefully selected by us, with the aim of controlling each stage of production until their arrival in the store.
In our 15th arrondissement store you can discover our:
- Dark chocolate and milk chocolate bars , filled with toasted almond shards, dried fruit and other assortments;
- Iconic pralines , which melt all gourmets;
- Chocolate truffles for the holiday season, delicately powdered with cocoa, melting and fragrant;
- Chocolate lollipops , comforting and joyful;
- Adorable marshmallows with a vanilla center, coated in a thin, crunchy layer of dark or milk chocolate;
- Fruit jellies , soft caramels, and other sweets with the scent of childhood,
- Not forgetting our iconic homemade spread , as creamy as it is generous.

In our Paris 15th arrondissement boutique, you'll also find delicious pastries created by Maison Stohrer. Don't miss the famous rum baba, created by Nicolas Stohrer in the 18th century, as well as the lemon tart and the Saint-Honoré Vanilla. All of the Maison's creations are available in individual portions or as a sharing option.

Before or after your visit to our boutique, treat yourself to a peaceful and delicious break in the neighborhood. The shaded and flowery Saint-Lambert Square invites you to stroll at the foot of the Haussmannian buildings that give the neighborhood its typically Parisian charm. Walking up the street, you'll pass elegant facades and neighborhood terraces before reaching the Convention Market, a true gourmet haven, and ideal for filling your basket with delicious products!
