Marion Graux
"Tonight, we're setting a beautiful table." Marion Graux heard these words from her mother throughout her childhood. They announced a deeply rooted ritual: that of a grand celebration orchestrated by the entire family. Mother and daughters would then choose the tone of the event together. How? With a wide selection of plates, tablecloths, and flowers to arrange on the reception surface. All these objects act as messengers of swirling flavors. This art of table setting, which is composed from one piece to another, from shapes to colors, Marion Graux made her passion and, since 2010, after being a decor stylist or salesperson, her profession. As a potter-ceramiste, she now works for the most famous establishments as well as the most confidential ones. This is what her creations are imbued with: an elegance constantly in motion to find its place at any table.

Jennifer Hart-Smith
It is highly probable that Jennifer Hart-Smith's quest will satisfy many. To fulfill us, even to satiate us with pleasure, if that is possible! To offer healthy pastry, combining indulgence and well-being. A design and typography graduate, between Paris and San Francisco, the Australian based in France began by alternating between start-up missions and restaurant extras. It was upon the birth of her daughter that she ventured into pastry to awaken her creativity. In 2014, she created Tookies, focusing on colorful and personalized shortbread cookies. To continue her grandmother's teachings, who was sensitive to the virtues of plants and included them in her snacks, Jennifer Hart-Smith then trained in naturopathy. A surprising journey whose delicious results can be found in her delightful creations and in the pages of cookbooks such as "Pâtisserie naturelle" and more recently "Bouillons bienfaisants."

Every month, Déborah Pham, a journalist, and Steve Dolfi, co-owner of Paris's oldest chocolate shop, welcome inspiring guests for afternoon tea in the secret dining room of the historic boutique. These are personalities we want to listen to and discuss transmission with. Each guest arrives with a companion, a significant person from whom they received an influence or to whom they transmitted a certain worldview. For an hour, they talk about connections, memories, and what is transmitted without even thinking about it. An unfiltered conversation, with full mouths, because here it's allowed.
