Not content with making its own chocolates, À la Mère de famille also makes its own tender caramels: eight classic or slightly more daring recipes made according to traditional recipes created by the House. Whole hazelnuts or almonds, toasted blond sesame, squirrel follies shards, vanilla fleur de sel… They're to die for.
Our caramels are made from a dry caramel, deglazed with butter, then enriched with cream. We then add the ingredients of our choice, without constraint!

Vanilla caramel with a whole roasted hazelnut
VANILLA-SESAME
Vanilla caramel with toasted blond sesame seeds
FLEUR DE SEL
Plain caramel with fleur de sel
ALMOND-FLEUR DE SEL
Plain caramel with fleur de sel and a whole roasted almond
SQUIRREL FOLLIES- FLEUR DE SEL
Plain caramel with fleur de sel and squirrel follies shards (hazelnuts and almonds)
RASPBERRY
Raspberry caramel (cream is replaced by raspberry purée)
COFFEE
Coffee caramel with coffee shards (Arabica beans infused in cream)
CHOCOLATE
Chocolate caramel (whole milk and cocoa mass base)
