Our milk chocolate frying is prepared from our 36% “signature” couverture chocolate. A subtle blend of cocoa beans from South America that reveals a smooth chocolate with a pronounced taste of milk and caramel.
Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanilla pod
Possible presence of nuts, milk proteins, eggs, gluten and peanuts
In order to best preserve the quality of our milk chocolate frying, keep it in its original packaging, away from humidity, air and light, close to 18°C.
