Provencal specialty, the calisson is a delicacy of extreme finesse. It is made from almonds, candied melon, orange peel, honey and orange blossom. Our recipe incorporates some bitter almonds that perfectly balance these flavors.

Ingredients: Almonds, sugar, candied fruit (melons, orange peel, glucose-fructose corn syrup, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid), honey, invert sugar, glucose syrup (wheat), whites eggs, unleavened bread (potato starch, water, sunflower oil), natural aroma of orange blossoms.

May contain traces of nuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, soy, milk and sulphites
